How do I care for my blanket?

All our blankets will look their best when washed in cold water, with wool wash and a gentle spin cycle. Then lay flat to dry - if you want you blank to dry faster, you can place in the sun.

Don’t use heat - so this means no hot water, no tumble drying, no ironing. However sun is okay!

Why round blankets?

Crocheting in the round allows for each blanket to be a unique creation - never the same as another Bluebird Girl blanket. This technique is also fast.. not fast fashion type of fast, but quicker to create.

Also, when being used for cuddles and warmth, round blankets can tuck up under arms and legs and feet… you will never be more cosy.

Can I pick? Or can you deliver?

Maybe, just ask us… you never know your luck! We have locations along the the eastern side of Australia that might work.
